COZEE CUISINE: A FAMILY CULINARY ADVENTURE

A Meeting of World Flavors and Family Know-How 

Since 2019, COZEE CUISINE has been a family business bringing together cooking enthusiasts around an innovative concept: the cloud kitchen. This team skillfully combines the flavors of three great culinary traditions: French, Thai, and American. Leading this culinary adventure is Yada, a talented cook who has blended her international experiences to create a unique cuisine. 

Yada began her culinary journey in a diner in New York, where she worked for five years. It was there that she developed her love for American cuisine. Her passion took her to France, where she met her husband, Thibault. In France, Yada honed her skills in French gastronomy at the renowned Ferrandi school in Paris. She also had the opportunity to work at Brasserie Thoumieux in 2013 under the guidance of the famous French chef Jean-François Piège, and refined her pastry skills at Fidèle Berger in Annecy, Thibault's hometown. 

Thibault, inspired by his grandmother Denise from Bonnencontre in Burgundy, was introduced to traditional French cooking at a young age. This region is known for its rich culinary and wine traditions, and Thibault passionately carries on this know-how in the kitchen of COZEE CUISINE. 

Salma, Yada's sister, brings an authentic touch of Thai cuisine, having been trained by their mother Nuch, a discerning gourmet from Surin province. She enriches each dish with exotic flavors and spices that transport the taste buds straight to Southeast Asia. 

Finally, Anusorn, Yada and Salma's brother, completes this exceptional team with his expertise in Thai gastronomy acquired at the Dusit Thani Culinary School in Bangkok. His rigorous training and natural talent for Thai flavors add an extra dimension to our culinary offerings. 

COZEE CUISINE is much more than just a cloud kitchen; it is a family taste adventure where each dish tells a story, a fusion of cultures and traditions for everyone's enjoyment.
